    Rang for collextion tonight as staying at my aunts. Was told mins for collection.We arrived mins early, walked in and the atmosphere was dismal. Staff walking around like zombies from shaun of the dead. "Headless chickens" literally. I turned around and said to my partner "what is this place, pass me a sick bucket now cause i feel like im going to need one".So one guy said all your food is ready apart from your mixed kebab. I said okay. Another mins later kebab was ready. Meanwhile all of our other food had been bagged up and sat waiting on the counter for mins. (Donner meat was microwaved!!!). I checked the food before leaving it was stone cold. I said i wasnt happy. Staff said we can make it again. I refused and asked for money back.Horrible place. Staff need to get a grip!!

    I'd rather give constructive criticism so here goes. The Delivery was around the time stated. The large pizza was cold (tasty though) the chips were not even half cooked and the garlic bread was dry to the bone (no flavour or moist to it) it was like eating just stodgy bread. Leave your chips in for longer, add more garlic to the bread and wrap up your food better to keep it hot for a better service. Sadly we were disappointed and won't be using again.

    I have been going to kirkheaton spice for over years never had such a bad experience apart from tonight. When I rang up to complain about my order he was very rude and abrupt and put the phone down on me. I ordered a mixed kebab on a garlic nan which should have been chicken tikka lamb and Donna meat every thing was covered in a hot sauce which i didn't order and as i complained he put the phone down on me very poor customer service..
